You can involve the participants in a dissemination workshop, creating some tasks and allowing the participants to join the activity that they prefer. The tasks could be: writing a newspaper article, creating the dedicated website, creating a video about the project, creating a presentation about the project, creating a facebook campaign on the project topic by scheduling posts on the facebook page (photos and short phrases).
In this way you will have several workshops for the participants who will be implemented at the same time.
It can take maybe 2 hours and 30 minutes. At the beginning you should give a general explanation of each task and then allow the participants to choose the one they prefer. The participants will then create groups and start to work. Be sure to have enough computers to allow them to work in a proper way..
